How information is handled when you contact BuildSprig or use the BuildSprig iOS app or client portal.
Information collected
We collect the name, email address and message you submit through the contact form. The portal stores your account name and email, business brief, selected plan and design, content links and project messages. A project brief may also include an optional phone number. If you upload project files, we store the file, filename, file type, size and any review note with your project. Uploaded files may include photographs, videos, documents or 3D models. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your project.
How it is used
We use this information and project files to review enquiries, prepare quotes, build and deliver your project, manage access and communicate with you. Project files are available to you and authorized BuildSprig staff through the private client portal. You can remove uploaded files from the project dashboard. Payment information is processed by Stripe on its checkout pages.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores portal records and private project files. Google or Apple processes sign-in when you choose that option. Cal.com provides appointment scheduling; when you book a call, it receives the name, email address, selected appointment time and any notes you enter on its booking page. Stripe processes payments. Fonts and demonstration images may load from Google Fonts and Unsplash, which receive the network requests needed to display them. An email delivery provider may process transactional messages when email sign-in or notifications are enabled.
Cookies and access
Essential session and sign-in cookies keep your account signed in and protect the authentication flow. Session cookies expire after seven days. Email sign-in links expire after fifteen minutes and can be used once.
Retention and requests
We keep project files, project and enquiry records while needed to handle the enquiry, deliver services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us using the website form or info@buildsprig.com. We verify account ownership before acting. Account deletion requests are handled by the team.
Client websites
A client website may use different services and collect different information. Its privacy notice should describe its own setup. This notice describes buildsprig.com.
